Basically we want to belong in a community, even the most introvert amongst us would like to have someone whom we can talk to. That’s why we join clubs, communities, forums, classes and what-have-you’s. Because no man is an island. We definitely need companies, admit it or not, we need others too. Yes, even the most self-reliant person, needs someone beside him.

The internet is not lacking in communities. It so easy to find friends here. There are lots of social network online that you can join. And everyone of them would welcome you to be its member. Isn’t that swell, meeting people not only from your place, but people around the globe! Without leaving your home. What could be more cool than that?

Actually there is, you can meet people from across the globe. Talk with them, discuss with them, interact with them. Be friends with them… except this one, you can earn on the side, while enjoying the community. I’m talking about MyLot, an online forum that pays its member who participate in the site.
