While the nation kept the fight, ‘Nicole’ is no longer interested
Posted by: Roy in In the news, blog, reactions, tags: Nicole, P100K, settlement money, Smith, Subic Rape, VFAThe whole nation was crying for justice and up to this time are continuing with the fight to get Daniel Smith pay for his crime of raping Suzette Nicolas, a.k.a. Nicole.
But it seems thought that Nicole is no longer interested in pursuing the case as she is already out of the country. The latest news is that Nicole recants her story and clears Smith, she is now in the US and allegedly have already P100,000 from Smith as settlement for the damages.
Another news even told that Nicole now doubts if Smith indeed raped her as she admitted to taking alcohol and was intoxicated on November 1, 2005 when the alleged rape occur. Excerpt from her lates affidavit regarding the case dated March 12, 2009 shows;
“With the amount of alcoholic mixed drinks I took, my low tolerance level for alcohol and with only a slice of pizza all night, it dawned upon me that I may have possibly lost my inhibitions, became so intimate with Daniel Smith and did more than just dancing and talking with him like everyone else on the dance floor”
She also expressed guilt and doubt as she asked herself questions while trying to recall the incident.
Interviews of her mother seen on TV shows her (mother) telling the public that she is no longer interested and wants to go on with her life. Even saying that they really don’t care whether some people would still like to use to case to pursue anything.
This would definitely bring more talks and uproar from the people who were involved in this case. Yes, maybe it’s her life, it’s her decision. But the case is no longer her own… it’s the whole nation.
A nation who believed her and rallied behind her cause… and she just dropped them off without a warning.

I saw one comment from Ellen Tordesillas’ blog saying that Nicole’s so-called recant can make Filipinas looking either a whore or a maid. Tsk.
Nakakalungkot. Kung talagang palaban siya e tinapos na lang niya ang laban nya. At kung may panindigan o palabra de honor siya, di siya gagawa ng media fiasco na ito.
Moral lesson: Wag basta-basta magpapaniwala sa mga media drama na tulad kay Nicole. Learn the both sides of the story ika nga. Instead of making gatong.

i really can’t help myself kasi… sinayang nya lahat ng efforts ng mga tao who supported her. she already dragged herself in a very complicated position then all of a sudden iiwan nya lahat to.
for sure… in a couple of days madami na namn politician will be seen commenting on this… sasakyan na namn nila ang issue…. rather than wasting their time on this again which apparently binalewala lang namn ni Nicole, why not focus on more important problems our country is facing…. but then again we know it’s impossible to happen coz mas gusto nila ang meaty-exposure like this…
lets just rest our case with Nicole, wherever she is, we should hope that she’ll gonna leave all her bad memories behind…. the world already knw what smith had done to her and she’s now in US and ready to start a new life… FOR US, we have to live to the fact na “MINUS ONE POINT na naman PINAYS” tayo because whatever our kababayans do, it also reflects our PAGKAPINOY in general…

from the start, i knew this rape charge was a sham and that Nicole was a bar whore who will prostitute her self respect & decency just so she could benefit from this fabricated get-rich scheme. let me explain the gold digging bar whore that she is. all bar whores keep in contact with each other or their US military johns. when words gets out that us military personnel will be in town, they congregate in bars like voltures circling a wounded animal. in this case, the animal was a us marine, not even old enough to drink in the states, probably coming back from a long deployment from Iraq or Afganistan, definitly havent been laid in a long while. the end result is too predictable. after they had sex, no doubt she felt like she won the lottery because now she can conjure up in her sick mind how she can make money, in this case rape charges. this is what bar whores like nicole strive for and she succeeded. not only is she 100k richer, now shes living in the US. this makes her a hippocrit bar whore for expressing her loathsome disdain for anything US related. the jokes on the politicians and feminest groups and everyone who rode the coat tail of this sham to further their careers and agenda. lmao.
i have seen this happen too many times. i was a young US Marine who is pinoy who was stationed at Subic Bay for 18 months. i know life is hard in pinas and you have to do whatever necessary to feed your family even if you have to sacrifice your dignity by working in bars, that i respect. but whores like nicole is doing it to further her greed and ruining another person life,freedom and career will not deter her. this will be Nicole’s stigma and no doubt if i see her here in states,or find out her email address, i will gladly mention what a f*cking whore she is and i know all of our shamed kababayans here are on the same page with me.
