Can you forge your own signature?

But as my daughter was listening to their song “Don’t Lie” this afternoon, one line struck me - “I forged my signature.”
That simple line, poetic as it was said in the song, has sent my mind on a whirlwind, where I asked myself the question, “Can you forge your own signature?”
Cases filled my mind.
Even if you declared openly that you are going to forge your own signature, when it is you who is doing the act, can it still be considered forgery?
You said, “I’m going to make it different from my signature.” If that is the case, would it be a good forgery? I guess not.
My conclusion - you really can’t forge your own signature, no matter how good a forger you are.
No arguments.
