“I really don’t mind you smoking… but please, don’t exhale”

Apologies to all smokers…
Darn! And I even have to ask apologies, when smokers… or at least most of them, don’t even care how bad second hand smoke can affect you.
Sure, everybody has a right to burn their own lungs, but others have a right to breathe clean air too. But the way it’s happening now, smokers seem to impose their rights more than non-smokers do.
Of course, there are considerate smokers too, like my friend Jan (who I hope is now a successful quitter), who walks away whenever that lighted stick beacons, even if it’s just Chuchi who would keep him company.
Whenever you’re in a gathering, it can’t be helped really that someone in the crowd smokes. In that case, at least you have the option to walk away or move yourself farther from the source of the “dreaded weapon.” If it’s in an open-air location, the impact would be less, I guess.
But what really pisses me off, are those who smoke in public transport – people who huff and puff their cigarettes inside jeepneys and ordinary buses.
Ironically, most jeepneys would have the ‘No Smoking’ sign posted on their vehicle. But this doesn’t stop inconsiderate people who love to distribute their exhausted smoke to the other passengers.
Sometimes, even the drivers of these passenger jeepneys smoke too!
Seriously, I hope to come out with my own t-shirt line… one where these words are printed…

Maybe that’s why no matter how hard I try to ingratiate myself with Chuchi, it’s still no go… She simply will not stand for it.
There’s a man who asks a lady for permission to smoke. The lady’s reply, “Go ahead, if that’s the only thing that lights up in your presence.” Or something along that line.
What you say about public transpo is true. Even I hate those who do.

Believe you’ll like her better now barking, than when she finally get to like you… that’s because when she likes you, she jumps on you
