It’s a new year!

2009 is gone, and now 2010 is upon us.

A time for a new beginning. Out with the old, and in with the new. The first days of the year usually is where goals and resolutions are drawn.

But is a goal really necessary? Are resolutions being followed anyway?

Whether they are necessary or not, is really a matter of personal opinion. But they say when you don’t have a goal, you don’t have an aim… therefore you don’t have a focus and wander aimlessly.

Last year, I made some goals at the start of 2009. Some were realistic and some were just based on “wishful thinking.” With a few of them coming true however, is quite a personal achievement for me.

And so I asked myself, “Should I set goals again this year?”

Unfortunately, I can’t think of any clear goal at present. As far as my blogging career is concerned, I had so much blessings last year that I feel could last me a long time.

This year, in lieu of the specific goals that I should be making, I have but one goal for 2010… a wish… a mission. One that I hope I can fulfill and carry, not only for this year, but all throughout my entire existence.

That goal could be summarize in three words - “Pay it forward

Yes, that is my simple goal for 2010. To give back every blessings that I received. To be able to help others in my own little way.

I have been blessed, and I am very thankful for it.
