“You can’t get any bigger in this business than to fight Manny Pacquiao right now,” said Josh Clottey, who acknowledges fighting the pound-for-pound king Manny Pacquiao is more than just the money.
The Pacquiao-Clottey fight will be on March 13, a match that was inked following a fall-out from the negotiation with Mayweather, Jr.
Pacquiao will be putting his WBO welterweight crown against Clottey in their match which will take place at the Dallas Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

I always get jealous whenever I see pictures posted on Facebook and other social media, of people who have trekked the Pinatubo trail. It is one of my dream to also trek the volcano that once brought gloom and chaos in our town, Angeles City. I have already discussed this with some of my friends who have been there, or are also planning to go there. Some are even willing take their travel trailers to as far as the slope of the volcano would allow us. They are more than willing to accompany once we get our schedules fixed.

There should be a law against indiscriminate blowing of horns. It is very common that a few seconds’ pause from a vehicle would provoke a continuous blowing of horn from the ones behind it.
AND IT’S IRRITATING!
The ones who do this are mostly private vehicles, especially those who are riding in those expensive SUVs and other high-end cars.
I usually encounter these irritants whenever I am aboard a public utility vehicle (PUV), and when the PUV stops momentarily, expect a continuous sound of irritating, eardrum-braking, blowing of horn.
GRANTED that it is a common habit of these PUVs not to put their vehicle on the side of the streets whenever they would unload or pick-up a passenger, in those instances, I can understand them.
But what really irritates me is when there is really a jam that extends farther than 2 or more vehicles in the front and yet these sonova keeps on honking their horn. Next time, get luxury cars with wings and rocket boosters in them.
Better yet, buy your own road.
I don’t know if there is already a law for this, but traffic aides who witness these incidents doesn’t do a thing. So it’s either there is no law against indiscriminate blowing of horns, or these traffic aides do not know of such a law.

I am just glad that I was finally able to get myself hired and earn regular income. Although it is not really that much, I can say that I can at least provide my children a decent life. With proper financial management, I can also prepare for their future. In fact, I was able to manage and open a savings account for each one of them. Little by little, I believe I can save up for their future as long as I keep their saving accounts intact.

What the…?!
How could anybody even think to come up with a proposal of a 10-year marriage contract? Really now.
And does parenthood goes with that contract too? Can you imagine a father telling his son, “Sorry son, my 10-year contract is up. Tomorrow, I will no longer be your father.”
It’s a good thing some solons are willing to put a foot on it and not let such a proposal pass them. Marriage is a lifetime commitment, and you don’t even need to be religious to know that!
Perhaps there was a good reason to put an expiration date on marriage (I’m not sure, I’m just giving it the benefit of the doubt lest I call it outright insanity), but definitely there would be losers in such a law… the first one being the proponents of the law.
I pity the children.
Sure, it does not follow that the couple will separate after 10 years, but why even give it an option? As if annulment and divorce isn’t enough, there has to be a fine print in the contract to encourage it.
I really don’t understand the logic of such proposal.
Call me old fashioned, but I still believe that “what God has put together, let no man put asunder.”
