I’m sorry… I’m really very sorry… I failed

My plan was to bring the house down with witty punch lines and out-of-this-world one-liners… and if that won’t work, to bring you down to tears as I share my inspiring stories of struggles, hurdles and failures, until I saw the proverbial “light at the end of the tunnel.”

But that didn’t happen… a regular Seinfeld I wasn’t and neither was I the charismatic speaker who can flare up an audience with great dynamics in delivering a message. In fact, the exact opposite did happen!

I felt I was speaking in a monotonous voice, mumbling words which I myself couldn’t seem to comprehend, and I couldn’t decide whether I would deliver a punch line or I would stir emotions… of which, I couldn’t even tell the difference.
