Two days left, and then the much awaited fight - Manny Pacquiao vs Ricky Hatton will happen. A fight that took a lot of twists and turns before it came to this day….

– forget that the fight almost didn’t materialize just because of the talks on the fight purse

– forget that Pacquiao showed a different color in handling his contract by giving rights to airtime to ABS-CBN… and that a confused Pacquiao took his words back gave it back to Solar Sports

– forget that many were disgusted, this blogger included, because it appears that either Pacquiao didn’t know what he is doing or he is really after the money

Forget all about that and remember that in his fight on Sunday, May 3 on Las Vegas against Hatton, Pacman is fighting for the Philippines, Pacquiao is fighting for the Filipinos all over the world.

Let us all rally behind him, Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao as he become the Best Pound for Pound fighter there is.

Manny Pacquiao won!

And Oscar dela Hoya proves his sportsmanship.

Once again the Filipino has something to be proud of.

Let’s just hope that our ‘leaders’ will not tarnish this new-found pride with their self-serving interests.

MABUHAY ANG PILIPINAS!
