My favorite actually was Ram, in spite of the presence of the Kabalen in Jayann. But as most probably know, he was eliminated early in the proceedings of the program. Which leaves Gretchen and Jayann competing for the coveted title, and the mark of being the ‘first ever’ Pinoy Idol.
Obviously, I’m writing this blog as the program progresses and hoping to finish it once the final winner is already announced. I was surprised to read today’s edition of Philippine Star and saw the title of Mr. Jim Paredes’ column “Why I blog.” I can understand that he has a weekly column in the newspaper since he is such a good writer and has deep insights on current issues. These he usually express through his songs.
Having caught by the title of the column, I immediately read the whole content. I saw the URL of his blog which I immediately bookmarked. His blog entitled Writing on Air (My musings and random thoughts) contains, well… his musings and random thoughts, an online edition of his weekly column, his deep insights on current issues, as well schedules of his seminars - Tapping the Creative Universe or TCU (I hope I could blog more on this sometime).
